Michael first became interested in Magic at a very early age. He remembers catching the Magic Bug around 7yrs old and recalls the excitement of walking just a few streets from his home where he would visit Adelaide's secret Magic Shop. As he developed into his early teens he spent more time with the Proprietor and good family friend Anthony Ivens. Anthony was his mentor through his teenage years. Michael studied all types of Magic Arts, however displayed a strong interest in Bizarre Magick and Mind Reading Magic.

Michael Krantis is one of Australia's popular Bizarre Magick performers. He has produced popular Magic and Illusion shows delving into the Performing Art of Amazement and Wizardry. He is renowned within the Magic Arts for his powerful presentations in Mentalism (mind reading Magic) and he has been hailed as a Mystic. He delves into the mysterious world of ESP, Psychic Phenomena and Spirit Manifestations.

Michael entertains people of all ages. He has produced 3 sell out Magic/Concerts which were for the entertainment of children and families of all ages. They included large scale Illusions and toured many Theatres and Club Halls in South Australia throughout the years 2000-2003. The shows were titled 'The Amazing Magic Show', 'The Wonderful World Of Magic' and 'Magic and Wizardry'. His latest achievement is his production titled 'The Unknown'. This is a theatrical experience which is part Mind Reading show and part Theatrical Séance, for adults 18yrs+. The show currently runs at a secret location in the Adelaide City and seats are limited to just 10 seats per show. It has received remarkable reviews and there is a large demand for ticket bookings. The fascination from the public is due to the once per month show and the Midnight viewing.

He is also a sought after Close-Up Magician. He regularly performs for Corporate Companies. He has entertained organizations such as McDonalds Restaurants, Ricoh Image Group, Tailors of Distinction, Plevin & Associates, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Stamford Grand Hotel, Goss Graphics, SA Wine Centre, Fina's Cigar Lounge, Adelaide Regency TAFE, The Bakehouse Theatre, SA Tourism Commission, Credit Union Association, ANZ Bank, The Royalty Theatre, Starlight Foundation, Make - A - Wish Foundation and Foxtel Television Functions. In 1998 he was called to perform mind reading experiments and interactive Magic on ABC day time Radio with Phillip Satchell. Due to an overwhelming response he was asked to return, amazing listeners with his accurate Handwriting Analysis of callers listening and Clairvoyant readings. He has also appeared on Radio talk shows with SAFM Radio and FRESH FM Radio.

Michael is a full time professional working Magician. He is a designer of Magic and Illusion and consultant to many theatrical groups and performing artists in Adelaide. He is a member of the The International Brotherhood of Magicians - Ring 148 Inc; Adelaide. Within South Australia he has been awarded from his Ring for 'Excellence in Magic and Theatrical Presentation'.
