A secret entrance was discovered which led to a complex of underground passageways, ancient waterways and chambers. Found in one chamber, amongst other things, was a small jar containing a slip of papyrus. I have a copy of a drawing made of the slip and although no one knows what the glyphs mean, it does seem to possess a strange power"....

The performer reaches into his pocket and removes a nest of envelopes, on opening the inner one, a folded slip of paper mysteriously creeps out and onto the outstretched palm. This is only the beginning of many strange gyrations and spooky movements of the specially designed slip.
